How can I book your services?

To book an order, simply click Book Us Now and sign in to your account. If you don’t have an account yet, just click the Sign Up option to create one. You’ll receive a booking confirmation via email once your order is placed.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround times are:
📸 Photos, 3D Tours (Matterport), & Property Websites: Next-day delivery (photos by noon)
🎥 0:30 Videos: Next-day delivery
🎬 2-Min Cinematic Videos: Next-day delivery
🌅 Twilight Photos: Next-day delivery
📏 2D Floor Plans: 1–2 business days
🖼️ Virtual Staging Photos: 1–2 business days
🎨 Creative Projects: 7–12 business days

Which is your payment policy?

Project payments are due one day before the scheduled shoot. We offer a 7-day grace period to settle any remaining balance. After this period, a 15% late fee may be applied to the total invoice.

How many projects does your team captured?

Our team has successfully completed over a thousand projects since the company started in 2020. We have worked on numerous real estate property listings throughout California and continue to expand our service areas.

What locations do you primarily serve?

We primarily serve the San Francisco Bay Area.

While we’re based locally, we’re available to travel for projects that align with our pricing structure, including destinations like Israel, Puerto Rico, and other regions upon request.

What’s My Responsibility As the Agent? Glad You Asked!

You don’t need to be onsite (unless you’ve scheduled an Agent Intro) — we’ve got it handled! But to make sure everything flows smoothly and your listing shines like it should, here’s what we need from you:
First, make sure the invoice is paid and the service agreement is signed. Then, double-check that the calendar event is confirmed on your end. Most importantly, the property must be clean, staged, and EMPTY. If you’re not going to be there, just provide the lockbox code — easy.
And in case of any health-related restrictions or unexpected curveballs, having the home vacant and ready gives us everything we need to do what we do best.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Any project cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time. Last-minute cancellations will incur a $300 fee.

If In D Sky CA, LLC dba In D Sky Homes arrives at the property and is unable to proceed due to the property not being ready or not meeting the Client’s expectations, a 50% fee of the total project cost will be applied to the invoice.

Do I need to be present on the day of the shoot?

You are not required to be physically present at the property unless you have a scheduled Agent Intro. If you won’t be onsite, please ensure the property is vacant and provide a lockbox number for access.
