How do I book your services?

To book an order, simply visit the link below and fill out a form to book a professional package or individual service www.indskyhomes.com/book We will follow up with you same-day with a booking confirmation via text, phone, and/or email. You are welcome to contact your account manager for booking a shoot, though we still require the form to make sure the details and information is correct for the booking to be created. If you aren’t currently set up with an account manager, let us know and we’ll connect you to yours.  This should be edited after learning full frame.

What is your turnaround time?

We guarantee real estate photos next-day by noon. We provide next-day turnaround on photos, 3D Matterport virtual tours, and dedicated property websites. We do our best to deliver videos as fast as possible – our standard turnaround is 2-3 business days for video, however we can rush delivery when requested.

Which is your payment policy?

Once you select the shoot date, make the full payment through our automated payment system, we can proceed to book & schedule your property shoot.

Is your team properly licensed and insured?

Our business and team is licensed and insured. Our pilots are licensed with FAA Part 107 certifications and we are covered with Hiscox insurance. You can trust our team to be professional and respectful on every shoot.

What is my responsibility?

Due to COVID 19 we are currently only doing shoots for empty properties. We must be provided with lockbox codes for property access. The property must be ready for the shoot, our team is not authorized to move furniture or open/close windows. Covid 19 regulations also require us to make sure no one else is present during the work time hours.

What is the cancellation and postponed services?

We understand schedules can be hectic and weather can be unpredictable, so we try our best to be as accommodating as possible. If your staging or property is delayed, please give us notice well ahead of time.

We require a minimum 24 hour notice to reschedule at no charge. We always try to accommodate – however, if our team is not notified and we show up and the house is not ready to shoot, we charge the 50% deposit as a cancellation or postponement fee.

Do I have to be present the day of the shoot?

You are not required to be physically present at the property, unless you have a scheduled Agent intro. *Due COVID 19 property has to be empty and a lockbox number provided
