Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

In D Sky CA LLC dba In D Sky Homes (“In D Sky Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a text messaging program (the “Program”) that sends SMS and MMS messages to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively consented to receive messages from us.

The Program sends two distinct categories of messages, and you consent to each category separately:

Non-marketing (transactional) messages — including but not limited to: registration confirmations, event and webinar reminders, access links and login details, appointment and booking confirmations, shoot scheduling and rescheduling notices, media delivery notifications, invoice and payment reminders, and responses to inquiries you initiate.

Marketing and promotional messages — including but not limited to: special offers, discounts, service announcements, new product and package updates, educational content, event invitations, and other promotional communications.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from In D Sky Homes.

2. How to Enroll

You may enroll in the Program by checking the applicable consent box on one of our web forms, landing pages, or registration pages and submitting your mobile phone number. Consent boxes are never pre-checked. You may consent to non-marketing messages, marketing messages, both, or neither.

You may also enroll by texting a keyword to a number we publish, or by providing your mobile number and consent verbally or in writing to a member of our team.

By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber to, or the customary user of, the mobile phone number provided, and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Non-marketing message volume depends on your activity — for example, the number of bookings you make or events you register for. Marketing message frequency varies by campaign and is generally no more than a small number of messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. In D Sky Homes does not charge for participation in the Program, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates will apply to each message sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel your participation at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will receive no further messages in that category. We also honor CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and REVOKE.

If you consented to both message categories and wish to stop only marketing messages while continuing to receive transactional messages about your bookings or registrations, contact us at booking@indskyhomes.com and we will adjust your preferences.

You may re-enroll at any time by submitting a new consent through any of the methods described in Section 2.

7. Supported Carriers and Carrier Liability

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by In D Sky Homes.

8. Eligibility

The Program is available only to individuals located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly enroll individuals under the age of 18.

9. Privacy and Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Messaging Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
